We recently received a call from a resident in Roy who was having some issues with her furnace. When we arrived we noticed the coil was located on top of the furnace, which is backwards and was creating a downflow. This can create condensate drain problems.
Our technicians upgraded her furnace to a two stage 80k BTU with an X-13 motor. We also ensured the coil was installed in the correct position with a box under it and built a transition on the return to help with airflow. We also upgraded her to a 16 SEER A.C. unit.
