FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What makes your company different from others?
We have some ideas that we feel set us apart. First and foremost, we want your business without being an inconvenience. We are willing to perform service calls at regular rates until 8 p.m. without the after-hours rates; most companies charge after 5. We have a fix-it-first attitude. We do not arrive expecting to sell you anything; we are there to perform a service first. We want it to be your decision to replace it.
How much do your services cost?
Every call is different and when we diagnose any issues you have we will give you a comprehensive and understandable estimate before we perform any work.
What brands do you service?
We service all brands of heating and air equipment and most major brands of appliances.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on multiple variables. Most repairs take us less than half of an hour. Most air conditioning and furnace replacements take between four to eight hours. Are your parts in stock? Is the repair difficult? Do I need to go to my distributor to obtain your part? I will answer all these questions on my first visit if they are applicable so you are not left in the dark wondering where I am.
How soon can you get to me?
There are many different variables that can affect how quickly we can arrive. We attempt to get to everyone as soon as possible and it all depends on the season and how full our schedules are. We want your business and we will put forth every effort to get you taken care of, which is why we offer extended service hours so that we can service you faster than our competitors.

Richard Blunt, Owner
I chose the HVAC profession at age 30 when I decided to attend Davis Technical College’s HVAC program. I graduated from their 18-month program in a little over 8 months with all my necessary certifications, as well as a few additional certifications regarding the industry. I previously was a foreman for a power line clearance tree trimming company, as well as spending a few years in the oilfield.
I have been married for 7 years and have three awesome kids. My daughter is 18, and my sons are 16 and 14. My hobbies include R.C. rock crawling, hiking, and working on my modified Subaru, exploratory road trips, and Sunday dinner with my family where we watch every Seahawks game.

I went to HVAC school at the age of 17 in Itasca, IL, where I went on to work for Feld Entertainment’s Disney On Ice. This is where I met my wife of 10 years, Alina. We have two children, Annabelle and Artemi. Alina works as a figure skating coach for Salt Lake Figure Skating Club, which my daughter is a member of as well. When we are not at the ice rink or working, we love to go swimming and relax outside, and when we can, we love going to the beach where we can enjoy other cultures.
