We completed a job in Perry to install a new furnace and air conditioner. We added a return air base to maximize airflow. Everything was sealed with duct sealant and metal tape to minimize airflow loss. We upgraded them to a 13 seer air conditioner and an 80% efficient furnace with an x-13 motor. We also moved the filter to the outside of the furnace to increase the ability of the filter to do it’s job as well as make it easier to replace.
