We completed a job in Perry to install a new furnace and air conditioner. We added a return air base to maximize airflow. Everything was sealed with duct sealant and metal tape to minimize airflow loss. We upgraded them to a 13 seer air conditioner and an 80% efficient furnace with an x-13 motor. We also moved the filter to the outside of the furnace to increase the ability of the filter to do it’s job as well as make it easier to replace.
We recently completed a furnace & air conditioner upgrade job in Northern Utah. We upgraded his furnace to a two-stage 96% efficient with an x-13 motor. We added a high-efficient media filter to increase airflow and maximize filtration. Also, we upgraded him to a 16-seer high efficient air conditioner. Our customer was thrilled with the new system and how quiet it is, especially considering it was right next to his bedroom.
